Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Farrah, a professional Life Coach and CBT Practitioner. My journey wasn’t straightforward—I explored various paths, from studying Architecture to switching jobs, all while feeling that something was missing. Despite knowing what I wanted, I struggled with self-doubt and dissatisfaction, often feeling stuck and blaming external factors.
It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I realized the key to change was within me. I stopped placing blame and began taking responsibility for my own growth.
I understand the feeling of being trapped in a cycle of unfulfilled potential. As a coach, I’ll help you break free from this cycle. Together, we’ll explore your goals, shift your mindset, and develop actionable strategies to transform your life. You have the power to change your future—let’s unlock it together.
Ever find yourself wondering, “What if I’m not good enough?” or “What if I end up alone?” Let’s try a quick exercise: Picture yourself 20 years from now, still stuck in the same situation. How do you feel? What are your thoughts?
Now, imagine the same future, but with all your goals achieved and your life transformed. How does that version of you feel?
The difference is clear—success brings different feelings and behaviors. The good news is, you don’t have to wait 20 years to change. The choices you make today shape your future. I’m here to guide you from where you are now to where you want to be, helping you develop new skills and perspectives to unlock your full potential.
My Mission
To empower people who are feeling stuck in life and are unable to move forward to where they want to be, by rewiring and reprograming those patterns, so it becomes easy to navigate through their negative thoughts, overthinking, and no longer stand in their own way of success.
Core Values
I believe that the most powerful leadership tool you have is your own personal example.
- Curiosity: Maintaining an open mind and a willingness to explore new ideas, perspectives, and approaches.
- Growth: Encouraging continuous personal development and self-improvement, both for clients and oneself.
- Empowerment: Helping clients build confidence and take control of their own lives, fostering a sense of self-efficacy and independence.
