I didn’t build this work from theory alone. I built it from witnessing the same emotional patterns repeat - in relationships, in attachment, in self-worth - over and over again.

People don’t usually lack insight. They lack structure.

I work with individuals who:

  • Feel ignored or unseen in relationships

  • Keep choosing emotionally unavailable partners

  • Spiral after betrayal, mixed signals, or abandonment

  • Know their pattern but can’t break it alone

You’re not broken. You’re patterned. And patterns can be rewired.

My Approach

My coaching is structured, practical, and forward-focused.

We don’t sit in endless processing loops. We:

  1. Identify your repeating cycle

  2. Stabilize emotional reactivity

  3. Install new boundaries and responses

  4. Build self-trust through action

My work is informed by CBT and DBT-based principles, emotional regulation tools, and behavioral pattern interruption. This is coaching -not therapy- but it is deep, accountable work.

Why This Matters to Me

I’ve seen what happens when people stay in cycles that drain them. I’ve also seen what changes when someone finally interrupts the pattern.

The difference isn’t intelligence. It’s structure and courage.

I believe in emotional responsibility, clear boundaries, and choosing peace over chaos.
