Who am I?
Hi, I’m Farrah. I’m a trauma-informed Mental Health Coach and CBT Practitioner with a background in psychology and therapeutic approaches like DBT. With diplomas in Mental Health, Counseling, CBT, and DBT, my focus is on helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether that means working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or that familiar feeling of being stuck.
My approach isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about developing deeper self-awareness, understanding the patterns that hold you back, and building the tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I work with clients who are ready to take themselves—and their growth—seriously, even if they don’t feel totally ready yet.
Before stepping into this field, I explored multiple career paths and went through my own cycle of confusion, burnout, and personal change. That experience helps me meet people where they are—with a mix of practical tools, grounded insight, and a human-first approach.
